Reconciliation
Reconciliation and deepening relationships with Indigenous communities are stated priorities for Canada. The Truth and Reconciliation Report, issued in 2015, identifies a role for the business community in Call to Action 92. Provinces have made public commitments to implement Calls to Action as have Canadian companies from coast to coast to coast. Cedar Leaf Capital is committed to reconciliation by training and developing young Indigenous talent as well as offering an Indigenous perspective in the business of capital markets.
