On April 9, 2024, TD SYNNEX Corporation successfully priced US$600 million of new 10-Year Senior Notes with Scotiabank serving as a Joint Active Bookrunner.

TD SYNNEX Corporation’s bond offering saw strong demand from over 180 investors with a final orderbook of US$4.0 billion, which was 6.7x oversubscribed. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to repay or redeem, together with other available funds, the Company’s US$700 million notes maturing in August 2024, and for general corporate purposes. The bond offering was preceded by a day of fixed-income investor calls, in which the Company met with over 70 investors. At the final spread level of T+175, the implied deal new issue concession was negative ~8 bps.  

This transaction reflects Scotiabank’s growing presence in the debt capital markets with U.S. Technology clients.
